The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek have the following characteristics and skills:

Provide senior level knowledge and coaching to production staff, supervisors and leads to aide in F-16 familiarization and experience.
Train leads and mechanics on F-16 production tools, processes, and functional capabilities.
Coach management soft skills and decision types for F-16 production to leads for effective team management

Required:
Expertise in aircraft assembly and production. Focus for ME, work center supervisor, and build support experience.
Strong F-16 experience

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
• Mostly Shop Floor involvement.
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
• Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen
